All Booking:

Your booking contract will be confirmed via email once you paid the booking amount online or in a bank account and inform us back. Both the parties under this contract have the right to cancel any bookings tour/travel package services due to unforeseen reasons. Gofortrips reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time due to any internal matter of the company and provide refunds as per company policy.

Note: In order to confirm your tour/travel package bookings, customer needs to pay

(A) India tours: One advance payment of 2000 INR (Refundable) for domestic booking (India travel)

(B) International tours: One advance payment of 5000 INR (Refundable) for International booking (International travel)Advance payment of bookings will not be considered as confirmation or your tour/travel package bookings

• Charges for changes in bookings itinerary after payment:

After confirming any custom booking, if some changes/amendment is requested by the client and Goforbookings team has to implement some changes as per the unforeseen circumstances then client needs to bear any difference of amount for the arrangement of goods or services. For example increasing/ decreasing the stay for a number of days or changing/replacing the activities during holiday bookings. Any changes in staying places like hotel/resort/villa categories up or down in star ratings. Therefore all cost differences will be borne by the client/traveler.

• Ticket bookings

(International and domestic)Goforbookings, facilitates in confirming all types of Ticket booking with airlines as travel partner however our agency has no rights of offering you any refund in case of any cancellation, customer/traveler need to contact helpline numbers of particular Airlines companies themselves. Our agency can escalate your concern in case of any issue occurs

• Travel insurance:

Customers must buy travel insurance. This is mandatory for all domestic and international travel packages..As a travel insurance affiliate partner program we can offer you travel insurance for the booked package however travelers need to contact the travel insurance company directly in case any issue occurs.

• Visa application:

Visa application service can be arranged on traveler’s demand however service charges will be applicable extra for these services. We advise all travelers that they should apply their visa application to the relevant embassy or they can call a helpline number for more specific information.

POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive email and cancellation charges would be applicable as follows:15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND

REFUND POLICY:

Please Note:

In case of cancellation of any tour / travel services right after the booking is made with us then – minimum 20% service charges would be applicable for deduction. Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations details mentioned above.Goforbookings is committed to provide the best possible service for our travelers however the refund amount depends upon our booking partners like hotels, resorts and transport facilitators including public transports like bus, train, Ticket booking service providers, it depends on the condition how much amount we would be able to recover from them. Book appointment online Service:

In order to experience a wonderful holiday experience a traveler should make all travel booking in advance. After booking an appointment online, you can submit your schengen application easily. Getting an appointment from the website is subject to availability. After paying online you are agreed and understood that our team will confirm your appointment. We have No refund policy under the appointment booking service. You can utilize this service within the period of 6 months if you could not get an appointment under any circumstances. Re-appointment is chargeable service.
